The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) has announced a revision of fuel prices, taking effect from midnight today (30). The latest adjustments see price increases across several key fuel categories, while prices for select other petroleum products remain steady.

Under the revised pricing structure, Auto Diesel has been increased by Rs. 10 per litre, bringing its new price to Rs. 392 per litre. Super Diesel recorded the highest increase, rising by Rs. 50 to reach Rs. 528 per litre. Additionally, consumers will see an increase in the cost of Petrol 92 Octane, which has gone up by Rs. 15 to Rs. 414 per litre.
In contrast, the rates for certain products have not been altered. The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation confirmed that the price of Petrol 95 Octane remains unchanged at Rs. 475 per litre, while kerosene also maintains its existing rate of Rs. 285 per litre.
